Are you sure? I haven't seen anyone imply that on here. Only some obtuse interpretations.
Is it really so hard to understand that the offer price is the lower of $273 and a 2% discount to VWAP and $273 was a 5% discount to the share price when those posts were made.
What's the discount to current price?
