Hey @Old Engineer or anyone else really, why do people think there will be a scale back?
Can understand if SP is significantly above $273. We are unsure where SP will be just before close in February or is there another reason?
Genuine question as other posters have also assumed scale back at this early stage.
I'm interested in rationale for this thinking.
