To be honest, I was kinda surprised seeing the capital raise by now.

However, after reading the details I am now very optimistic that this will not be just an ordinary routine CR. Clearing out the current debt for a micro stock company could turn to be something huge soon.

I believe as some other stated that positive anns will likely follow after the CR is done.

Also, for the sake of shareholders, seeing a CR now at only 13% discount is much better seeing it at higher prices with huge discount. Frankly have seen much worse CRs.

Doubt it will go down to 1.9 or below, but if it did I will make sure I have some cash to obtain some. I'll participate in the SPP with a small amount for sure.
