My worry is about general market sentiment. It's no secret that growth-stock appetite has fizzled recently and the volatility is making investors cautious. JAT should have been closer to 3/4c already in a strong market. This year feels very different to 2020 and 21. If we enter a downturn the SPP will be a struggle. Hence I would have expected the band-aid approach to get the loan money raised in a flash and paid off debt fast instead of hanging around and risking a market sell-off. Anyway, let's see what happens.
