And further as I understand it, Zip also bought spotti and twisto, and instead of paying in cash or a mixture of cash and shares, they pay in shares on at a price of $5 to $6 (I think), which were presumably dumped onto market
they did this to preserve cash position, yet dilution existing holders.
the dilution has been something to learn from as dilution is never a bad thing, if it’s adding investor value, but time will tell whether this is the case for zip.
