IF it is fully/over subscribed, I can guarantee it was an inside job. The market is full of people trying to exit their positions on ZIP. Every time it bubbles up, people jump ship to take what scraps they can.
CR coming soon, this company can't afford to operate without YOUR money.
Also, they like to buy houses and cars with your money....
