Hi invisiblekey - I wrote to EOS to check Ben Greene's share holding. Please see my email and EOS response.

I’ve just gone back to look at previous Computershare records. A AND D Wire Limited have held 1,457,276 shares for an extended period which is where the confusion appears to arising.I also spoke to the Company Secretary. There has been no movement in Dr Greene’s holding up until now.I also believe that he and several other directors made commitments to take up the SPP. That should show up in their holdings shortly.

I am writing to check if the following information is correct for Ben Greene's share holding movement.Has Ben Greene reduced his EOS share holding for Technology Investments Pty Limited over the 30 days?Information provided to me based on the Top 20 shareholder list as shown on the EOS website showed a change from 1,457,276 to 1,216,477 between 01/07/22 and 18/07/22.That is a reduction of 240,799 shares.I have not seen an Appendix 3Y update for Ben Greene so just wanted to confirm if above is correct.
