This is a sizeable capital raise. According to the notice, maximum number of shares to be issued is ~30% of shares currently outstanding:
Portfolio manager Cohen & Steers must see opportunities in this market. I note from recent updates they have been almost fully invested (1.7% cash).
SPP price $2.35 is a 2.9% discount to NTA as at 23 September which was $2.42. There have been heavy falls on markets since then so I suspect any discount has been eroded.
Closing date 14 October provides time to see how market reacts. I will wait and see.
