    Agree! to me, looks like the agreement negotiations are very well advanced and would not surprise me if something is announced post cap raise. GSK announces independent Consumer Healthcare company is to be called Haleon | GSK $10 billion and Cann will have an exclusive agreement for distribution through them. Any time there's a cap raise with substantial discount to market price falls. Early next year to be very different.
