Oh that's easy, they've been winging it. Seriously! They lost their way completely in 2019, made a big commitment without any clue, got lucky with the satipharm idea (although low dose CBD is so 2020), and dug themselves into a hole all the while trying to make it look like they meant things to go this way. What's that phrase... "falling with style". I'm sorry they've kept you, a savvy investor, in the dark about it all. But hey, iT's A sTaRtUP!
