I miss out as just jumped back on board yesterday - I suspect the 13.1 cents will be very very cheap soon The cap raise shook out a lot o holders driving down the share price to bargain basement levels. I did do a cash/dividend projection in two years and a few other calculations based on Annual report.

The S.P.P. for holders at just $3 million is small beer regardless and importantly 'surplus' cash needed to restart and incoming cash flow.

"Participation in the SPP Offer is optional and open to eligible shareholders who, as at 5.00 pm (Perth
time) on Wednesday 23 November 2022 were registered as holders of fully paid ordinary shares in
Peninsula and whose address on the Register is in Australia or New Zealand and who are outside the
United States (Eligible Shareholders). The SPP Offer is also being extended to Eligible Shareholders
who are Custodians to participate in the SPP Offer on behalf of certain Beneficiaries on the terms and
conditions of the SPP Offer.
The SPP Offer price per New Share will be 13.1 cents. The price represents a discount of
approximately:
• 15.5% to the closing price of fully paid ordinary shares in Peninsula (Shares) on Wednesday 23
November 2022, being the last trading day in Peninsula Shares before the SPP Offer was
announced; and
• 20.0% to the volume weighted average trading price for Peninsula Shares on the Australian
Securities Exchange over the five trading days of Peninsula Shares preceding Peninsula's trading
halt announcement on Thursday 24 November 2022."
