SS is using the coming ANN as carrot to get funds for Lithium Lease.
Most likely the results are not as good as one would like.
So he is been tricky and trying play on your greed.
The liquidity is very tight in the market.
alternative to SPP would require massive discount more around 0.4 cent.
if your here for long term then funding the SPP would prevent greater dilution your existing shares of CDT.
you will need to true believer in CDT Moses (aka SS) to through more money at this.
Hopefully it will not take 40 years to get to the promised land.
