Stone and Castle may be caught in a bind here. If the share price remains at $.01 or even dips to $0.008 or 0.009, there will be no incentive for shareholders to participate in the SPP (exception is 2 for 1 options if they are approved) when they can pick up cheaper shares and therefore they will not receive the funds they are seeking. Company needs to somehow keep or contribute to raising the price above $.01
