Is not given, should the good news from the Supreme Court lands in the next few days, there will be lots of interest for the raise and the SP will be well north of $1.00 and the BOD will have the discretion of deciding how much to cut off and take the lots from the raise.
Could be a masterpiece should that happened to fatten up the balance sheet and provide more financial options down streams.
