    I reckon Peter gets shoved out of the MD role shortly, but remains on the board. Caigan Wang takes the MD role and restructures the company and there is a name change. Large Chinese investors are brought onto the register..... Speculation, but possible. Good way for a Tietto mark 2 to spawn!
