The SPP is initially targeting only $500k, which would only satisfy about 17 shareholders, but luckily for the board of directors, they have left their options open by saying in the booklet:
"However, the Company reserves absolute discretion regarding the final amount raised under the Offer."
So they are allowing themselves the ability to take more than $500k if the demand is there. With about 2,000 long-suffering shareholders from the old SEG days on the register before the record date, I reckon more than 17 people will apply.
