This might be simple. The stock will be issued in the next couple of days so some guys are taking the money now Hoping for a slightly lower price. The expected paper movements drive this. AMD is capable of surprising the market. The new paper needs to settle down first. They have around $13m cash for a fat drillProgram. I suspect a lot of buyers are off screen waiting for the weak in the herd.
