You are ignoring the Due Dil done by separate management teams. They have already earned part of the equity. If you dont like the deal, then thats your call. There are dozens of these structured deals that work out just fine. Singapore is not Russia.
Stock due to hit soon, so i suspect some sort of a sell down. This is the opportunity i will take into drilling results myself. I definitely will not be alone. Do what ever works for you. dyor
