Pretty obvious more than a few of the larger holders knew this was coming. Certainly explains lack of response to the last announcement.
Hopefully they are only doing smalls because they have belief in the ability to monetise without further major dilution because because retail punters don't like playing when the big boys keep a lid on the s/p a lot of the time.
