    Participants in the last placement at 13cps saw the shares trade below 10c within a week, so perhaps wanted a bigger discount to vwap this time around ?
    Even if NHE get the $3.5m from the current SPP, I think the market knows its trading cum placement as drilling gets nearer, imo.
