what is this it seems they are desperate for money now. Why would I wanna buy more shares at .01? I already own a large parcel which has already lost much of it's value. If there were some sales that had come through and I didn't pay for my shares more than they are currently worth, yeah maybe, but as things are now, no thank you.

"The funds raised from the SPP will supplement the Company’s working capital as the Company moves forward with its product launch and sales program in North America in the coming quarter." -- I would have liked more detail, what exactly is it funding for? The mortgage for the penthouse? Salaries? Production costs for unconfirmed sales? Why do they need $2.1m in order to make sales in North America? We don't even have any real evidence that there will be sales in North America really. I have been waiting for sales of one of their products for months now, and all I have seen is promising announcements, spending (penthouse), and now capital raising. WHy do I even bother
