Relist with no asset so as the directors can come back and get pay from what left of the crumbs?
Can I just give these guys $1 m and 13% share to MQB will they let me walk away with those assets?
Does anyone know African Thunder has any asset or business or is it just a company to be setup with nothing other than PLA asset? can't find any info on this company. 2% of nothing = nothing. Unless that 2% = 30M worth of value otherwise this is a give away. Would say worser than the previous offer by JBL?
