They probably don't have to, but it's called integrity !!! or just doing the right thing or "don't do to someone else what you wouldn't have done to yourself" . It may well be that some of them are asked to join PLS ...... I would be much more committed to my new employer knowing he had helped bail me out from my previous employer.
