With dilution coming at the current share price of 75c the market cap is $2.1B+. Share price has run 140% since 5th October. CR is at 36c. I'm thinking there's going to be some weakness coming up. Shorts have declined dramatically on this run up and the reporting on them is delayed so I expect a big decrease. Also instos that partake in the CR will be able to hedge by getting short borrow and selling at these levels then covering with the placement stock. AJM doesn't make money, hopefully the can turn it around. PLS barely makes money but are turning things around. At the end of the day it comes down to the spodumene price received.
Good luck guys but seems a bit frothy at this level.
