Either outcome will make no difference to investors IMO.

PLS is basically putting in save guards for the purchase, if someone, not sure who maybe directors somehow, manages to block the share sale of ALO, the creditors have agreed to sell all the assets held by ALO to PLS at the same price, leaving ALO as a worthless shell. ALO as an entity, and all of its assets were used as collateral for the loans, thus the creditors doing a fire sale.

PLS can not lose out on this transaction now, there will not be any other bidders.
