There are too many unknown factors including the consolidation ratio and the remaining 6 percent gridComm shareholding etc.

It is a big surprise that gridComm owners will be given "Shares post consolidation" rather than "Shares pre consolidation". This creates another inequitable playing fields between current shareholders (holding shares pre consolidation) and gridComm's owners (holding shares after consolidation)
