Yes, they need 100%, to finish it cleanly.
On the other hand,we know nothing about gridcomm, the company's memorandum of article, these matters should be addressed under it.
Minority holder can not hold the majority, it can delay it, but that is all.
My guess the alternative, extreme case, well directors resolve to sell assets to another company... Including intellectual property...
Given that the Odin directors are confident, nothing to worry about 6%, they already worked out what to do.
