I don't trust ODN management, look how long it's been and the deal is not 100% in the bag.

If that other 6% do not agree then there is No Deal.

They had many months to work this out. Firstly it was delayed due to holidays, now it's the remaining 6% of Gridcomm shareholder that has to agree.

What happened to the 245m shares.

What's the point of discussing IMO what Gridcomm could be worth when the deal is not 100%.
