Would a share consolidation occur before all bonds and warrants are out of the way? Doubt it.
Why would LYC do one? Better for ASX200 entry when Big Boys and Funds buy in. But that’s several quarters away.
Why don’t do it? Many similar stories where it has sunk the company, but suspect it depends on the reasons, maybe those companies were down and out anyway.
So I don’t think it’s happening right away, if it was, the Share Sale facility could easily have been announced at the same time.
Is it pre-empting a CR? That only increases the SOI...
Could they do a CR to eliminate the remaining debt and a share consolidation at virtually the same time? Open question, just thinking out loud... has anyone seen that done? Maybe that’s the go?
