My next door neighbour is an assessor with JLG in Townsville. He's been left here, but almost all the others have moved down to NSW for the enormous workload there. JLG has a ridiculous p/e and is simply correcting itself. I believe it has a great business model with increasing natural events supplying the work and insurance companies supplying the cash. Judging by the earnings growth it's not looking back. Maybe a bargain buying opportunity, with this price correction. SD probably needs cash to buy a nice house in the US.
