The last time he sold ($1m) he gave no reason for the sale. I suggested that perhaps he was looking for a home to buy. That's exactly what happened and this time he offered a reason. Presumably the $1m was used to put down a deposit after looking for a suitable property. Good luck to him I say. With Colorado's open carry laws, he'll need to buy an arsenal and top security to protect his property.
