Interestingly both of these trades were identical: Total consideration of $25,000,000.00 at an average price of $6.25 per Share for each trade. The only difference being the latest was an 'Off-Market Sale'.
What I don't understand is why Didier is selling down at a substantial discount to market. On 19 December shares traded at a high of $6.91 and a low of $6.73.
