Not happy Jan ! Agree with Hopeful that if JLG was such a good investment, what would warrant a director selling down for I think the second ? Time in recent times ? That makes 8 mill shares sold by 2 Directors lately. I also have to ask who are the buyers ? And they must have confidence to have taken up the 2 tranches of 4 mill shares each ! 8 mill shares times at least $6 = $24 mill ! That makes a lot of Xmas presents and pays an awful lot of household expenses !
SH can be rightfully aggrieved at what they consider to have been “sold out” and what seems to be a desertion from the JLG ship. Hopefully the stormy conditions abate and the profits and work in hand are… as forecast and predicted. Am still above water, but understandably, my feet are closer to the waterline !!!!
