re: Ann: Share transactions with major shareh... makattack, I am not sure what's fishy here. They sold their shares, as the announcement says for 4.5m*$1.35 = $6.075m, when the last fund raising was at $1.00. GTG got a good price but it was giving up control as it owned 45%. In return GTG bought 75,937,500 GTG shares at 8c . This also equals $6.075m. And yes 8c sounds high as well but Merv probably argued that he had some control over GTG as well. They could have as easily dropped the price both sides and come out with a similar looking deal. As I said in my post, it all depends on what asset you like. I like it because GTG is now basically a Brevagen equity bet - you either like that or you don't. Without doubt GTG is now a simpler company to evaluate now that Immunaid (an unknown box stuck inside GTG) has gone.
