Yes, of course, the percentages will be the same in gain and loss, but those at the top are already going to be fabulously wealthy. It's a relativity thing, it's a hope and dream thing. The ones at the top are happy to do it because it matter very little to them in the long run. The small investor who has been waiting for a decent return will see much less, unless you think this is a 70 dollar stock (in the next ten years). Without the consolidation I could see this as a 7 dollar stock, for sure. What was attractive to the small investor is that one can buy a million, or two million shares and dream that this company may go to 6 dollars...but 60 dollars? You think this is in the cards?
