It's been stated that remuneration for BOD will be calibrated to consolidated terms. Again, as many have stated the share number v your value has not changed. You are too focused on a perceived loss that has not occurred. as @MIStragic has stated only liquidity is affected. Day dreaming of this becoming a $6 company (pre-consolidation) is a little fanciful at the company current status IMO
