Maybe you don't understand the dynamics. It seems pretty straightforward to me. If the share price lands in the .70 cents range in the next day or so, no one will be able to buy a million shares for under 700,000.00. The small investors who look for these deals just got punished, that's all. Sure, this company seems great and will go forward and provide good returns, I am not arguing that. But damn, I was a lot more motivated to purchase this stock until now. If you "market capitalization" means this will eventually be a 70 dollar stock then the 10:1 consolidation will make sense to me, but I strongly doubt it will even be a 20 dollar stock. I hope I am wrong.
