we will have to see how the WPL sell down goes but they are carrying a lot of equity and never helps when capex increases when it was expected they would fall

Did the third party agreement put people off was it dealing with CN or just at the end of the day it has little perceived value

I guess when WPL complete the deal and sell down and FAR accounts are recorded in the public domain we may get some answers
