IMHO,
I believe Marcus blackmores is somewhat influenced by Warren buffett. I am guessing that's the reason why he doesn't want to do stock splits, the same as warren buffett. He wanted his shareholders to think long term.
If you look into the company now, you can really get the picture how blackmores is going to be in the long term. But somehow, people in the market have been focusing more on short term. So long term people have been loading up shares in the expense of short term holders, like myself.
As for the acquisition, they're acquiring with careful consideration. I have been fairly upset with the fact that they have tons of free cash flow and they did nothing about it. Then comes this acquisition, I'm really interesting to see how this would turn out.
I know that Chinese medicine are very complex. Different combination have different effects. So really, the combinations could go up to millions of them. If they want to convince chinese to buy it. First they have to prove the effectiveness of it. Once it's proven, the 'word of mouth' can take care the rest of it.
