    Still big buyers @ 90c.

    There are 2 sections of RDF- the American one, and the Aussie and other countries one. It was mooted in the past that Mac could buy out "an asset, and only need 50% of the vote- they'd get that now with new and enthusiastic buyers/funds (dunno why at this point). One thing for certain is that whoever is buying is happy to pay higher than what it could have. A market cap of $100m at 90c. Don't know what the split would be for RDF USA and RDF other- 50/50? ATS could buy out RDF USA, remove the brand and replace it with its own.
