The announcement is concentrating on ZhaoJin (which in fact if all true should help the share price). ZhaoJin is not buying more closer in the bid price and no one is selling to them at 0.58cents either. As i said there are corrupt big shareholders in this company keeping the lid on share price. I can only think it is the intention to keep Chinese investors away and would not allow them to exit either at a profit. Typical finance war from those bastrds and boards have the pressure to follow suit. Those bastrds want to get this cheaper than 0.58c - so it is a persevering game at the moment. All this should be unlocked when those bastrds cannot afford to keep interest rate high and USD starts to decline as funds would flow out quickly and at much faster rate this time.

if Francis is keen on helping the shareholders.. all he needs to do simply buy more shares or at least announce Feb production figure.. only 2 words is enough.
