No official mention of timeframes at all.
Punchy on AGM - maybe a little exuberant as I like a clear direction and timing is everything.
Until it is handed over and I have no idea when this will be(hopefully before Xmas) and assuming that it is good news, and yes Pyc is really happy with it and change of direction but again timing is everything. No idea of the advisor and I agree about the deal. All of a sudden you put 10million in the bank which shows any suitor that you can ride it out for a few years without having to give the company away and if the results are the real goods, pharma will be lining up to buy this. This company is currently valued at 32 mil. Go figure. It imho is lining up the ducks in a row and ready to see some serious interest from institutional buyers. If I had a spare 30k I would snap up those options as it just seems like it's about to break out. The amount of shares being traded show how tightly held this is.
