It seems very unlikely They can get in excess of 250.million of finance with such a weak market cap and the track record of the current CEO is questionable.
As for permits! They seem to have a LI project in a protected fragile ecological reserve. WHY ON EARTH WOULD THE GOVERNMENT OR STATE ISSUE A PERMIT TO EXTRACT LI IN THAT AREA IF THERE IS ALREADY AN OVERSUPPLY AND THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLACES IN ARGENTINA THEY CAN EXTRACT LI WITHOUT DAMAGING THE ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT.
I found on internet many small companies that do tours with tourists in that specific location to see birds, etc. I don't think they want to lose the income...
