just got a chance to read the ann and I like to comment as well

- I do not know the directors or Tay personal so whatever comment i made from my observations and facts presented to me. So pls keep the personal attack to urself.

- If what the Circular said is true, I wouldnt vote for Tay either.

- I do agree with Texa. the directors knew abt Tay's situation and didnt follow it up promptly.

- I think we need a new board completely. neither of the party involved are worthy to sit there.
