    redarmy, that was the 2009 Annual Report. I think you need to read todays announcement again - it states he was operating DMAs sharetrading and cash account with a value of $1,068,000.

    He acted agianst the Board and I would not support any Director that went rouge, actually I would be talking to the companys lawyers about his actions.
