They just worded the announcement that way to attack Tay.
They can handle to case to court if it is really a 'board decision' to stop the share trading on the date of 02/2010.
actually, it is only DMA's none-executive Chairman mentioned to Tay not trading the share. None of the rest of the board said anything about it.
It was just the conversation between Ian and Tay.
Now days, it appears to become a board 'decision'
