My expectation as a shareholder (and law abiding citizen) is that the current directors formally inform ASIC of Tay's alleged breach of directors duties with supporting facts and recommendation to prosecute.

From what I have read, there has yet to be any fact based defense from Tay or anyone else. I prefer not to have alleged imposters/ defamatory comments on HC - however - if a user makes claims without evidence or transparency regarding their position in the matter, it is clear they are either lying, or having something else to hide, hence, should be ignored.

Texas, Priest, moderators, and others providing stronger arguments, I certainly appreciate your interest and contribution to the DMA thread.
