If 500000 AGO shares @ $2.00 = $1,000,000. does it mean $1,068,000 includes this investment ? And if it was brought forward from Rita's time, then the announcement today seems to try to sway shareholders's voting intention at the EGM. I also find it weird "the board" did not know Lewis traded shares if they did review the quarterly activities/cashflow report !!! If they didn't review the quarterly report they should not be "the board". Bachalor / degree , who REALLY cares except in a board fight ?
