I understand and have had experience in the past with ASIC's 'limited resources' to investigate breaches of our corporations law. DMA's current directors should also lodge an official complaint to ensure this is placed on official record.
I have lodged a complaint via the right forum with ASIC via: https://www.edge.asic.gov.au/008/complaintV006?get/complainant/t=c1a446c313d882d5962af69c558fe2714e8e99
Anyone else concerned with the alleged behaviour of Tay should do the same. It is not difficult to lodge a complaint and it is all online.
My justification in the complaint was what was provided in the recent shareholder circular.
I expect ASIC will investigate and confirm facts before judging or prosecuting anyone under the corporations law.
