    A little clarification for CA members; D&O insurance was $40M. SGH defence cost, ect was deducted leaving $32.5M and SGH kicked in another $4M for $36.5M total. From that $8.5M will go to MB funder and maybe a few mill more for scheme administrator. I'm guessing SH will be left around $25M total to share between 3,000+ members.
